TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Godsword Gallery ("Store", "we", "us", or "our"), operating through its Shopify store, governing your access to and use of our website, Shopify store, products, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products within Nigeria and internationally (where applicable). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Godsword Gallery, including images, artwork, designs, logos, text, and product descriptions ("Store Content"), is the property of Godsword Gallery or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Store Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or any other content ("User Content"), you grant Godsword Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and modify such content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved amicably in the first instance. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and Godsword Gallery.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
