We operate a print-on-demand (POD) e-commerce store. All products are made to order and fulfilled exclusively by trusted third-party production and logistics partners. We do not manufacture, hold inventory, or ship products ourselves.

This policy is designed to provide transparent information in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and relevant international e-commerce standards.

2. Order Processing & Production

All orders are produced on demand.

  • Production Time: Typically 3–7 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays observed at the fulfillment location.

Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and fulfillment partner. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping

We work with leading global POD networks and carriers. The fulfillment location is automatically selected to optimize speed and cost based on product availability and shipping destination.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage after dispatch, except as required by applicable law.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery estimates apply after production and dispatch (business days):

  • Nigeria: 5–18 business days
  • Other African Countries: 5–21 business days
  • Europe: 4–21 business days
  • United States & Rest of World: 7–21 business days

These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier performance, weather, seasonal demand, or other external factors.

5. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges due to non-compliance.

7. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) carrier disruptions, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, high seasonal demand, or force majeure events.

8. Delivery Commitment

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date (and the delay is not due to incorrect address information provided by you or customs issues attributable to you), please contact us.

We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and, where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, offer a resolution such as a replacement shipment or refund.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Orders

Please report lost, significantly delayed, or damaged orders within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (or within any longer period required by applicable consumer law).

We will review each case with our partners. Validated claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and legal obligations. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain fully protected under applicable law (including the FCCPA in Nigeria).

  • All delivery timelines on our website and in this policy are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any specific date, unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier upon dispatch, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
  • This policy does not limit or exclude any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between this policy and mandatory local law, the latter shall prevail.
